During the circulation process, the system can monitor important indicators in real-time, such as wind turbine rotor speed, cabin vibration, ambient temperature, grease metal particle density, grease temperature, and grease color. It performs parametric calculations and analyses on these indicators to assess the operational health of the bearings and make timely decisions for actions such as greasing, grease extraction, and alarms, ensuring the healthy and stable operation of the bearings. Using the LICS WTB intelligent control system, which features more intelligent sensors and incorporates AI computing methods, the system monitors and stores all data in real-time and uploads it to a cloud server via a 5G network. It updates and iterates based on implementation and feedback data, learning to form a more personalized control strategy that better suits the unit, making the system smarter and more intelligent.
