This system mainly consists of a dual-line lubrication pump, dual-line distributors, a control system, a status monitoring system, gear surface lubricators, pipelines, joints, and more.
The lubrication pump provides power, the dual-line distributors are equipped with status sensors, and the control system manages the operation of the entire system based on the working status of the distributors. The pipelines and joints connect the entire system together.
This system is easy to install, has a simple structure for the distributors, is not prone to clogging, allows for flexible layout, has high reliability, and is highly adaptable to low-temperature environments and high-viscosity greases.
