The principle of the single-line centralized lubrication system for wind power is to use a lubrication pump to generate pressure, which intermittently delivers grease to various single-line distributors through pipelines. The piston of the single-line distributor operates to quantitatively supply grease to each lubrication point. This system mainly consists of a single-line lubrication pump, single-line distributors, a control system, a status monitoring system, gear surface lubricators, pipelines, joints, and so on. The lubrication pump provides power, the single-line distributor is equipped with status sensors, and the control system manages the operation of the entire system based on the working status of the distributor. The pipelines and joints connect the entire system. This system is easy to install, and a blockage at one lubrication point does not affect the normal grease supply to other lubrication points. It allows for flexible distribution of different numbers of lubrication points, and the discharge of each lubrication point can be set flexibly.
