Single-line distributor
The single-line distributor is a component that distributes lubricating grease independently to corresponding lubrication points in a proportional and quantitative manner through the intermittent movement of the valve core within the valve body. It mainly consists of the valve body, valve core, inlet and outlet oil port joints, process plugs, pressure sensors, and other components.
This component can accurately distribute lubricating grease, and when one lubrication point is blocked, it does not affect the output of other oil ports of the distributor. By adjusting the flow of each injector, the discharge of each oil port can be easily regulated.
