Scraper-type lubrication pump
The main feature of the grease lubrication pump is that it has a grease scraping plate on the inner wall of the storage tank, which can scrape off the grease in real-time, allowing the grease to remain at the bottom of the pump under the influence of gravity. It mainly consists of a motor, an eccentric drive mechanism, a plunger pump unit, a pressure relief valve, a grease storage tank, a grease scraping stirring mechanism, and a control system.
The lubrication pump must be installed in a vertical position, such as when installed in a machine compartment.
